KC60 SE Support (#3301) * initial support for kc60se extracted from Blake Lewis * add my name to the list * remove breathing as the backlight pin is not a PWM one * use standard LAYOUT macros such as 60_ansi and 60_ansi_split_bs_rshift * Make the base LAYOUT more sensible and add Configurator support * add atmel-dfu bootloader
